VoIP Much Phone Company Inc. ("VoIP Much") has implemented a Fair Usage Policy to ensure the continued low rates for all customers. We reserve the right to offer you an alternate service plan, suspend or terminate services, if at any time we deem your usage to exceed normal system use patterns or fair usage limits.

Fair Usage Allowance

All outbound (forwarded) calls, except those to other VoIP Much customer numbers, are subject to a fair usage (soft) limit of 2500 minutes each month. As a fraud and security measure, calls exceeding 5 hours in length may be subject to disconnection. 

All inbound calls are subject to normal system use patterns, but are not subject to fair usage limits. 

The use of predictive or auto dialers or call center traffic on Follow Me Forward services or VoIP Much lines is strictly prohibited.
